Starter Solenoid

I called up the local shops looking for a solenoid. They told i have to buy the whole starter etc. But My manual says it can be replaced. They also want 600 bucks for the starter. I have a 99 EX. Any one replaced one and know where to get one?
 
just go to the junkyard- shit it'll prolly cause 5 bills- or you can slip it into your tool box and be an asshole- if however you have no luck there, or are trapped in a world without junkyards, call 1-800-542-7006 and ask for pat- that is my best friend's father and he can get you any honda part without a doubt- just tell him corie sent you he'll hook you up
 
if your looking at a local parts store, they only sell the full starter. Which isnt bad considering they re life time warrenty. I dunno about all you honda dudes out there but i can put a starter in in about 15- 20 mins.
