Okay I'm getting ready to buy a car with 70k mile Ls swap. My plans are in the later years is to put a turbo in. However, I'm wishing to run higher PSI with a T3/T4 (is this a good choice or no? I'm looking for around 300/50 hp and good torque) My main question is what components of the engine should I upgrade to handle this PSI.

So far I am looking into
Arias Pistons
Eagle Rods

That's all that I know of. I know I need more, what else should i look into?

You should really look into buying a book called Maximum Boost if you want to truly understand how turbocharging works, and how to properly size your turbo and other components. A short answer to your question - a good set of forged pistons, forged rods or at least getting ARP rod bolts for your stock LS rods, properly sizing the turbo system, and tuning your ecu will get you to 300whp reliably.
