Stock Springs

I have a 91 Honda Prelude SI and i cant find no other stock springs anywhere the only thing close to a prelude that i can find is a honda accord and a honda civic but i dont know if the springs off of those will fit right on my car or if they will be to big in diameter or to long or not big enough can someone please help
