stock stroker kit??

just out of curiousity would a h23a1 crankshaft work in a h22a1 block? - thus making it a stock stroker kit and much easier to acheive more displacement without too much modification and have a better cooling/lubrication of the h22's piston squirters? I mean i'm not going to do it since my h23 is done from machine work and i get my ported h22 head today but its just something to think about if i ever rebuild the whole engine again

save the grief and just use the h23 block. depending on certain years the main bearing int he h22 block is too large and won't accept the h23 crank.
