I have my stock 13" steel wheels with stock tires on for now since my MR7's are getting painted from silver to Gunmetal. Anyways, my question is: what is stock tire pressure for my car? How many Psi? And since I have a heavier engine (by about 80lbs or so), does that number change to accomodate?

Stock is probably 29 front / 29 rear.

It really all depends on:

Wheel size
Tire size
Tire type / brand / model

Ideally you would try out all different pressures until you get the best compromise (in your eyes) of sidewall flex, contact patch and ride comfort- but you might not want to spend the time to do that. Just set it all at 32/32 and you'll be happy.
 
I am quoting this from my 1995 honda civic owners manual ...

U.S. DX
tire size- p175/70r13 82s
cold tire pressure for normal driving - 32 psi

hope this helps but it all depends onb your tires also.
