Storing 96 civic for winter outside

i was just wondering if anyone had some tips on anything to add or take from my car while storing it outside for the winter, i am located in western PA, i am adding a lucas fuel stabilizer i was wondering if there is anything else i need to do before parking it , it will be coming out in around march to go to a tuning shop to get dyno tuned and some parts added, any help would be appreciated thanks guys

make sure its a fuel tank of gas in there, change all fluids when your going to drive it again ALL OF THEM... try to start it everyday and warm her up so nothing dry rots.

yea i know the basic stuff like that i just wasnt sure if there wasnt any tips or tricks out there, i will have a car cover water proof w/beathreable system on it beside our garage( not allowed to store it in garage bc its my dads garage bs ) thanks for that info though
