Where do street racers meet up on the weekends in Washington state? I just moved here and wanna get into the scene.
 
Well in Spokane they do it at Spokane International Raceway Friday nights during the summer. Dont be a dumb ass.
 
Your car is too slow for street racing, however track racing should give you a better chance at being fast enough.

Only my car is fast enough to street race, but everyone knows me so no one will run me.

just get him directions to the local rest stop... he can go there and suck off truckers...
he'll earn more money
he'll have the opportunity to learn and perfect a marketable skill
he'll have less chance of getting arrested
he'll have less chance of getting shot
he'll have less chance of getting robbed
he'll have less chance of his car being stolen
he'll have less chance of his car being impounded
he'll have only a slightly higher chance of getting an STD

and sucking truck drivers dicks is actually less gay than looking for and participating in "organized" street racing
