stupid question

i put a d16z6 in my 96 civic, obd2 wiring still in the car, i want to use my p28 computer, so my qustion is, do i use the obd2 dizzy or the obd1? also cant figure out why my fuel pump wont come one with the ignition. btw using obd2 ecu for the moment. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Obd2 dizzy and obd1 dizzy's are the same, they just need some of the pins swapped about. It'd be a good idea to start at the ecu and check the pinouts and make sre that they are all going to the right places.
