    I need some help if i get a supercharger will i need low compression pistons

    Depends on your motor, amount of boost, stock compression, tuning, etc.

    what about a B16a2 what will I need to do to it to supercharge it with a jacksonracing SC

    No, you CAN run boost on high compression pistons. You just need to tune it more carefully & be sure you use high octane gas.
