swap my J32 out for a C32?

Its not like I don't have enough stuff to do, but I wonder if I could swap my J32A2 out for a C32B1...


I know the old TL's (97ish) had C32's w/single cam heads.





Although, it might be a bit expensive for a 30hp boost....but I like the idea of have a 4-cam Honda
