im plannin to swapping a b16a2 00 si motor into my 98 civic dx, just wanted to know what im missing from my list, and i need some help about the ecu wiring
heres what i have already:

complete motor
tranny
axles
shifter link rods
si rear bracket
ecu (i know i have to run the wire for my v tec and knock sen)how do i run the wires, what do i need, someone told me that i need a integra ecu, why cant i just use the ecu that came with the motor, do i need a wire harness, im confused???

im i missing anything else?

Get the complete harness for the swap. If you do, then you won't need to do any wireing becuase the harness is one pice from the motor all the way to the ecu.

Or get the 96 up ex engine harness and 96 up gsr ecu.
