swapping a D16z6 into 90 civic?? need help.

    OK im gonna be attempting this swap this winter and im starting a list. Can i use my existing 5 speed?? I was told that i can use my stock tranny adn bolt the motor up to it. USe a 4th gen intake so i can use my ECU . IS this true, also whats the list of parts iw ill need??

    Mainly im concerned with using my stock 5 speed

    If anyone has done this swap please help me!!!

    Do not wire for 4th gen electronics. It will not be worth doing this swap. I had my car wired up 3 times. Wire it for obd1 and use the p28. Learn from my mistakes and do it right the first time. The engine runs soo much smoother with the p28ecu.

    yeah- use the obd 1 wiring... and yes you can (and should) use your tranny
