I was thinking of swapping out my F23 from my 01 accord for a H23 prelude I have a SOHC VTEC, but a DOHC VTEC would be even better. Any thoughts or suggestions on the overall swap and/or the best ECU to use?

Why? It is in the wrong place. Please post your topic in the right forums. Hybrid is not for suspension or interior posts. EG is not for EF questions, and so forth.
