swapping power doors for manual

[97 civic gsr coupe]

ok so ive seen a few posts on this but havnt found a definitive answer im trying to swap my doors and i found a kid with full si doors and wanna put them on my 97 i have a few questions like

will this work?
will i be able to do it with out fully having to gut this car and redoing the whole wiring harness?
can i make this almost plug and play?

Just switch out the power rugulater, panels, switches, and then add the power window fuses..
