sway bar

i just lowered my civic and now my exaust is hitting my sway bar. i didnt even lower it a lot, i just lowered it so that the wheel gap was only like1/4 of a inch. is there some rear ends that bend up higher? or do i just have to live like this?

what kind of exhaust is it? My freind with a DC2 with a skunk2 catback and teinflex lowered big time rests right on the sway and vibrates alot. With me, when I got my teins, my exhaust was resting right on my LCA When I got my ITR sway, I ended up just pushing the exhaust up (since it just had rubber hangers) installed the bar, then let go. It rests right on my sway but it's just a muffler shop special exhaust so I dont care. My next system I get will clear it with no problem.
