so i'm taking the mugen header from my d/d crx dx and hope to accomplish putting in on my ed9 d16a6. was wondering if anyone knows the tightening sequence? and i'm w/o a torque wrench, is that a problem my car can live with??
 
tighten from the center outwards... hand tight is fine.. after you drive it and let it cool off, re tighten them..
 
yep.. to remove, start on the outside and work your way to the inside
 
take it to "MIDUS" and ask if they would torque wrench your header bolts for ya...i did and the guy did it....because it wasnt busy that day so i got lucky....;)
 
If you wanna torque em down, go to autozone and get a tq wrench for 20-40 bucks. :)

problem...can't get that sucker out, almost tried it all. impact wrench, air drill....header swap is now on hold...any ideas???
 
idk, i took it to a muffler shop to let them play w/ it. we'll see how it goes in a few hrs...
