Switching the ac controls with the cd player

Does anyone know how to switch the positions of the ac controls and the cd player so i can have the cd player on top. If anyone knows how to do this thanks!!
 
i did it once but the hole for the ac controls i much larger then the one for the stereo so you will have to figure out how to make the stereo stay in place
 
I thought about it once, it looked like a real pain in the ass, for not a lot of gain as far as access, so I said fuck it.
 
well i need to move it so i can get a dvd flip out screen and it won't block my ac controls and also because i want me cd player on top :D . Twisted do you remember how?
