Auction | Cheap TV laptop ipod auctions - bid & win on Swoopo

kina interesting.
Customers buy bids in advance that cost $0.75 each (or 40 pence each in the UK) and are sold in packs of 30, 50, 100, 300 or 700 (or packs of 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 in the UK). Bidders have the choice of placing single bids or using an electronic bid assistant called the "BidButler". Alternatively, customers can bid via the phone (Europe only).
Auctions start at $0.15 (8 pence) with no reserve. Every bid placed increases the price of the item by $0.15 (8 pence) and the countdown by up to 20 seconds.
When the countdown reaches zero, the person who placed the last bid wins the item and purchases it at the final price. Other bidders' fees contribute to funding the winner's savings; all bidders must pay for each bid, even if they do not win

That site looks almost like Bidz.com. Difference is, Bidz doesn't make you pay for each bid. They have a countdown timer, too.

Anybody wanting to get some jewelery, perfumes, etc. should check that out. You can get some ridiculous deals on some of that stuff...
