t25/t28

i was wondering how do i make a t25/t28.would it be better than my t25?im new at this turbo stuff so all the help would be great.thanks

considering you'd priobably have to buy a whole t28 just for parts, why not jsut slap the t28 on there and ebay the t25?

well what would i need just the housing or the fins too.also what car did they come off of.
