tach signal at ecu

    hey guys, does any one know where i can find a tach signal at the ecu or anywhere INSIDE the car?

    im trying to hook up my hks type 1 turbo timer. also does any one know how i can get my alarm to arm with the timer running?

    the signals by the ECU are probably not too friendly for your turbo timer.
    Take the tach signal from the NEGATIVE terminal of the coil - or just tap the tach wire running from the coil to your cluster :) Not sure which wire this is, look it up in a helms for your car.
