Tach wiring quick question

I own a 92 dx hatch, automatic and I want to wire a tach in before my swap. What color is the tach wire and where is it located?
sorry this thread is not 100% swap related.

It's the dark blue wire on the distributor, or at the tach test connection. Which is usually by the driver shock tower.
