wait on it...

the gov't might stop payment on the first one, then you are free to go after the second one... if you take both, they will come for their money, might not be this year, or next year, but they will come
lol

and not signing checks is just asking for someone to take em from you...
sign it, and write for deposit only and you acct number...
 
already got and spent my check for 16 dollars. maybe thats why my car looks exactly the same as last year.

I already cashed the other check weeks ago..it went though already......and now i have this one.....but yaeh ima just mail it back to them ..already have it in the envelope
 
all done and over with, got about $700 back from Fed and State.

man i need to get a real job...
 
looks like I get $1462.32 back.... :)

but I wonder what they will work out for my 2 year old unfiled return.... :( which was about $-500
