Was he on a wire in those scenes though? I never saw the making of the movies so I dont know. In either of those scenes did he jump off of something 3 stories high and land perfectly? I cant remember those scenes.

yes, as a matter of fact... Not sure which movie but he jumped off a building and landed on a fire escape... Not sure how high it was but it was one helluva leap!
