Lets see...since a real set of sleeved coilovers costs what...$350? What do you think, you think a $50 set is going to be any good?

I have a feeling they're going to be bouncy as hell and then start to sag in a year. If you want coilovers you should get a set of Skunk2's or Ground Controls, those are the only sleeved systems that are worth a damn.

If you just want to lower your car you'll want new struts, look at the KYB GR2s or Tokico HP struts and then get some H&R or Eibach springs. Oh yeah, Tein's lowering springs suck, don't buy them.

Why do people go ahead and buy stuff and then afterwards come here and ask whether it's any good or not?

    I've never understood this...

You should sell them while they are still new in the box and use that money towards buying a decent set.

They really arn't bad at all. My friend is running them on his built turbo gsr da integra with KYB agx's and they ride fine. They are a little stiffer than most but no where near as stiff as skunk 2's. Throw them on your car and i gaurantee you will be satisfied especially for the price.

Mostly likely if you put those springs on your stock shocks, you'll completely blow them out, especially if you lower the car. Save up some money and buy decent parts. Look at the KYB AGX, Tokico Illumina, and Koni Sport (Yellow) shocks for something that can handle higher spring rates than stock.

How good a driver are you? You have any experience driving on the limit, autocross or track days?

the rubber things go inside the sleeve, basically around the shock.

which is another reason why these things suck.

seriously dude, ebay them. don't waste your time

I just noticed that these were coilovers, i thought that they were the spring kit that they sell on ebay. I personally stay away from all coilovers even high price name brands. Adjust ability is not that necessary to sacrifice ride quality. I would suggest buying some quality lowering springs like nuespeeds or h+r's. I have the nuespeed sports on my car and it handles great and the ride quality barely suffered.
