well thats about right butyou need a intercooler and im sure thats were they messed up telling you that if you stay below 7psi you will be fine but if you wont to go more than that you will need to chip and few other things but i think it will be worth it you can get a kit for about 1500 bucks

if yo u want honesty go with the crv vtec because i had that in my civic and it beat the poor man in a civic . so get a b20 block with a gsr head
