electrity and gas prices go up together becasue they're generated from the same fossil fuels, tank the demand market for gasoline and electricity costs will go down too.

$5/gal will never happen. At that price Ethonal is affordable, oil companies won't allow that

If you get on this thing does the charge not last as long?? I could probably drain the battery in an hour.
 
200 miles on one charge. What would be pimp is if they could put in maybe a 2nd energy cell, then design a generator that generates electricity from brake friction (UPS already has done this). Then you could get 500miles/"tank" easy

Cost for recharge is currenlty estimated at 1 cent/mile
