Bush is a Tard. His views might as well be his dad's. They started the same war, for different reasons. I support the troops, but I believe Bush started this war to gain popularity. His dad did the same thing. This is a very simplistic view, and I'm sure there is more to it, but I think this thought underlies a simple man. George Bush is a Tard.

It's not possible. If kerry died, clinton would become president which is not legal.
How's that? He's down because of it, and he started it against great opposition. There are greater evils at work than Bushs agenda. I mean really, our forces are spread thin, and doing double time, reenlistments are down, and the popular opinion where I am standing is that this is a lot of guys last tour of duty, they don't argee, and can't take the hell we are going through to keep up with his policies. Families are being seperated, forces being misused, etc... things are not bright. One of the guys here has fifteen years in, only five away from retiring with some benefits, and he is saying fuck it and getting out, because in the last three years, he has been with his family about nine months, it's getting bad.

are you for real? were you even around in the reagan admin? that was some shitty time spend there. thats the bastard that pissed away all the country's money in the first place. yeah, clinton did come into office on a good note, but we did have the budget in control for the first time in god knows how long. and it stayed there. new bush, suddenly, *poof*, war and spending are in fashion again. runs in the fam. i have to vote for that asshat kerry just so i dont vote for bush. i fucking hate our political system of choosing the best of the worst. i say, loco honkey for prez 2008!

I was around during the Reagan Admin, but was only 0-5 years old. I have heard he was a good president. There are shitty times in every presidents reign, some more than others. What I am saying is Clinton just happend to be voted on during an economic boom. Name a good policy he came up with. How many people did he pardon at the very end of his term? Also if he was such a great guy, why did he not "organize" anything for Bush when he came into office? He left everything up in the air and had Bush figure it out. Clinton was lucky, plain and simple.

And Reagan was a "good president" for the same reason that Clinton was a "good president" - their politics aside, they were both highly likable guys. Good with the media, good PR, etc. Reagan had the Iran Contra shit, Clinton had his multiple affairs and gutless response to attacks on America, but both of those guys had some of the highest approval ratings of the 20th Century, and both served two terms.

regan himself was a horrible president. Many people belive that his Elztimers (sp?) started during his first term. He just sorrunded himself with great people. His cabniet ran everything.
Bush jr is the same way. Chaneys the one in charge. He has the largest staff for a Vice president in history.

Clinton was a shitty president. He was well-liked because he was charismatic. He had crappy foreign policy when it came to defending our country, he rode the wave of the good economy that Bush Sr. put in place, had morals that a porn star would be ashamed of, and was involved in a plethora of shady deals back when he was governor of Arkansas.
There's no proof that Reagan's Alzheimer's started when he was in office. It sounds more like a ploy by the Democrats who want to bury the fact that he outshined most of the Democratic governors in the second half of the 20th century.
