think ima get me some Prothane motor mount inserts

    i know a few people that have ran them .... they seemed to like them

    if your engine is moving that much though you proble have a blown mount ... id look into that first

    nah...ive got brand new stock upper mounts, and i dont have either front lower mount (trans. or a/c)...they should be in sometime this week thogh.

    I have Prothane inserts in my CRX... I personally like them quite a bit.

    If you go to http://www.lightningmotorsports.com they have the Prothane inserts for $20... that's for the 96-00 Civic (which I assume is what they will be for according to your sig) Part number 8-1902

    i have them and love them. be prepaired for lots of engine vibration to be transfred to chassi.
