Its a jdm d15b 130hp sohc vtec long block for 200. I have a civic dx (d15b7)- (non-vtec) Can i use my wiring harness and ecu and just run extra wires for vtec? I wont be able to use my dizzy though right? have to get a vtec one?
Also How much does the average ls 5spd tranny go for. Because I need a new engine bad and I have everything from a 94 ls head on up. Just need short block,ecu wiring harness, axels and tranny. Do you think I should Buy the stuff off of ebay to have a ls or buy a 6mth warranty jdm sohc for 250 bucks? Either way im not looking at putting over a grand in it. Any opinions would be appreciated!
