I recently purchased a 92' Jdm B16a SIR2 with a Y21 LSD tranny. I had the typical problems putting it in. -no axles -mounts didn't fit everything else went alright.
The half shalf on the motor I bought had the one female end on it ( it had never been taken off and motor is stamped 92' for you guys thinking its a B16a1)
-I bought 90-93 integra axles, fit perf, drives alright .....
The mounts. I used a B16a2 rear bracket with my D-series mount (worked)
Tranny, I used my D-series mount and bracket fit perf.
Drivers side, bracket didn't make sense. I bought Dohc Vtec Del Sol bracket, put it in,( A buddy of mine has a bin full of mounts and the only one that fit was my stock D-series mount) this puzzles the shit out of me..
1. What does my Jdm motor come out of ?? 93' B16a SIR2 Integra?
2. Has anyone ever heard of a combination of D-series mounts working on a B-series motor ?
