First off, the car works fine, only CEL for IACV which is not activating for some reason...
When I slightly press the throttle (as if in a cruise or slowly accelerating), the boost gauge responds with a change in VAC and the S-AFC shows a change in % of throttle (indicating the throttle plate is opening). However, the car does nothing until I apply 10% or more throttle... Yes, the TPS is calibrated correctly, I can see it respond correctly on my S-AFC.
Would the IACV be the reason for this? If I go into 1st gear and don't give it enough gas, the car begins to buck back and forth (cutting in and out). It's really a bitch when I'm in slow moving traffic or a slow cruise. I have to keep letting my foot on and off the gas because all it does is accelerate...
