those with Forza Motorsport

so i just got Forza Motorsport today (yeah im late in getting it...so fucking what) and in some races, my Xbox "lags" it seems on some races. anyone else here have that problem?

Every once in a while when I rub a corner comming out of a turn I'll get a frame jump, small but it's noticeable. But then agian I'm playing on a modded xbox

and i rented it, an had no problems. perhaps you have a virus, do you ever play online?
