ok well my car idles extremely high..and what i did waswill the car was running..i blocked the lower hole in the t/b..which i heard goes to the coolant bypass..could i jus disconect the hose from the bypass and connect them..or no? and would it stop the high idle from it beiong bad...

i live in mass and my old 93 coupe ran has had it bypassed for about 5 years now with no issues.

the thing to do would be to loop the lines.

I've got mine bypassed right now. It's a little cold out (Close to 0deg Centigrade) so I just have to feather the throttle until it warms up.

I've bypassed the coolant to the TB as well. It seems to work alright once the engine gets warmed up a bit.

EDIT: If you want I'll take some pictures when I get home.

yea i did it..and the idleing high thing was the tbcb i guess the gasket inside was leaking so i jus mad a plate to cover were the tbcb was..it idles perfect now...thank god with no cel codes neither?..is it suppoesed to throw a code? or no? thanks for the help btw
