Ok, I'm very new to throttle body's in which I know no difference at all but just the looks of it! What's the difference between milliermeters on how big or small the numbers are? And what would I gain from putting a d16y8 throttle body on my d16z6, more air flow?
 
Extremely small difference if any, at best you'll get improved throttle response. Honestly it's a waste of time and energy.
 
I believe they're the same size. No gains at all.
