It will fit, but you wont gain a thing from it, the extra size of the B-series is too much for a stock D. TB size needs to be matched to cam profile, do you have an aftermarket cam? If not then your stock TB is perfect for your motor.

No i wont have aftermarket cams in the motor when i get to working on the motor i wanted more variety of aftermarket TB to put on it instead of finding them just for the D but if the B fits i was going to do that for more air through the motor for the turbo itll have on

Again in case you missed it, your TB needs to be matched to your cam profile, your cam profile should be matched to you turbo. Understand, you cant just throw parts onto an engine and expect gains it all has to work together.

the only throttle bodies that fit the D16A1 are the D16A1, 88-91 CRX/Civic Si/EX D16A6, JDM "browntop" DOHC ZC or JDM 88-91 DOHC ZC - B-series throttle bodies have a different bolt pattern

You will be doing a lot of work on the motor if you are trying to fit "cams" in a D
