Throttle cable

First off i've done my homework and searched. Last thing I having issues with is my throttle cable, I have a b18a EF hatch. I have seen many options given when it comes to which throttle cable works. I took every answer and over the last year have acquired the following cables: 91 DA, 92-95 civic, 92 DA, 93 GSR, I even tried my stock cable, none of these seem to work. the ones I have gotten were from the junk yard so im thinking I have the correct one but it might be stretched?. Which cable will positively work so I can just go buy new from honda?

ive always just used my stock cable and modified the cable bracket

I used the stock cable and bracket and used a barrel nut on the pedal end, I havent had any problems with it.

im using a 90-93 ls teggy cable,modified the bracket on the manifold and put a spacer on the throttle pedal
