    Gmail > any email :p

    This might be better than Outlook Express though.

    Gmail > all, if it weren't solely web-based.

    Client-wise, Thunderbird > all.

    word. the thing i like most about thunderbird is the threaded view. gmail has it too, but its not for pop3. :)
    not to mention the themes, extentions, and hell, if you're smart- you can build your own extention to have it do something it currently doesn't.
