Tell you dealership to go fuck themselves in a very uncomfortable place. Timing belts aren't that expensive. For example, my B16's timing belt is worth $112 cdn. And to have the timing belt changed and a valve adjustment is right around $300 cdn. And thats for a DOHC VTEC.
