Timing Help!

    I have a 91 integra LS and I'm trying to get the timing right. The crank shaft pulley has four lines like this:

    Crank shaft pulley four lines: || ||

    Do I have to line it up like this? || ^ || like in the middle. Need help asap because my

    car feels really weak. Thanks.

    is the timing light adjustable? if so, you need it to flash on the TDC white mark (one furthest for the the 2 whites around the red) and set the dial to what you want your timing to be. if it is non adj. timing light, you need it to flash on the red mark, which is 16 deg. BTDC (on a b16, not sure what it would be on an LS, but that is the stock timing there.)
