timming issue need help

    hey guys no matter how much i try to time this car its still sputters and stuff like that, also when i time it for some reason when i get it on btcd its all the way retarded whats up with that what do you guys think? Do you think my timing belt might be off or would it be my pulley isn't put on correctly with a key and it slipped off or could it be where im running stock p2t ecu 00 civic si ecu?

    Well man, you could try lining up the timing belt over again, and doing a fresh install... That would elimiate 1 of ya questions, then next try switching out ECU's after that if a problem still presists ya left off better right :)

    thanks a lot or your help man, i will check the timing belt a pulley soon ill let you guys know how that goes also could the wrong ecu cause this?
    i dont know much about ecus or tuning or any thing like that but i am gona get me a obd1 ecu coverted to p28 and chipped and tuned for my setup from monotech and get a jumper harness.

    i solved this same problem on my last 94 civic ex with d16 but i cant remenber what all i did to it to get it to run right cause i completely redid every thing on it.
