    yep, below the legal limits.

    and before you ask, nobody knows what your state or city law is so you should research it or just call the local police department.

    too low would be when you bottom out on a bump, you do not want your tires to scrape the inside of your wheel wells nor your shocks to bottom out. I suggest getting some Skunk2 short shocks.
