    the story on this is the man had been staying in this center for about a month and had permission to stay there from the rabbi in charge
    security guard saw a shirtless man sleeping on couch, assumed he was drunk, called police

    people apparently are completely cool with police doing whatever the hell they feel like, and any resistance to them is more than fair grounds for the police to beat the shit out of you (or more)

    no wonder police think they have the right to do what ever the fuck they want

    now there's a concept
    unfortunately in this country you better just do what the cops say and then have your day in court, after you shell out thousands for bail and lawyers
