TOKICO ILLUMINA OWNERS- i need your help ASAP

hey,
anybody with illuminas i need your help, i need to take the skunk2 coilovers off my struts but i cant figure out how to get them off, on regular struts where they have a hole for an alen wrench-the ride adjuster nob is right there, how do i get the bolt off ???????

i sold these seperatley and was suposed to ship them like last week,anyhelp would be very nice

you have them out of the car?
if so use some vise grips

Pop the red adjusters out with a small screw driver. Under there is the allen head screw.

...do you happen to know where i can get a new red adjuster thing? i just need one caus ones kinda broken...
