I've driven number 15 before and it's definitely awesome. That is #1 in my book haha...
 
I'm surprised they didn't list the PCH from Monterey to Morro Bay. It is right on the coast, has tons of hairpins, switchbacks, and most of the time you are suspended hundreds of feet above the water. It is breathtaking in many ways and also pretty fucking dangerous.

that list sucks.

15 most CRAZY roads, or something like that would be a better title.

There are far prettier places. like the above.
