Ok B, I am apologizing for argueing the mouning point, but I hold others just as accountable for not pointing it out. Anyway, ok they mount on the LCA's second bolt, not the damper fork point, my bad
But as Mike said, I didn't experiance any binding either with the Z10s, and believe me, they were tested
But I have found a fatal flaw in their mounting point (other than the obvious extra wear on bushings), when upgrading to the larger Type R and maybe even GSR brakes using said knuckles on an EG...
Now this wouldn't be as bad with the car off the lift, but there was some definite contact going on prior to lifting it up, especially during hard corners (this is the noise Mike). So those Full Race or the Jim Fabs maybe my alternative since they mount a little more in.
