HI. i would like to know what tranny fluid should i be using for my jdm h22a lsd. The honda MTF or the GM Synchromesh. which one would you guys recomended.?
 
Myself and others have been very happy with one quart of Synchromesh in our LSD (Kaaz, Quaiffe, OEM) trannies with the balance being Honda MTF.

You mean used (mix) one quart of synchromesh and the rest honda MTF?
