Tranny Leak

so the other day i was cleaning my car and i noticed that there was an oil spot where i usually park my car.
i jacked up the front end to check it out and the leak appears to be coming from the linkage pin's rubber boot that enters the tranny.
is there a way to replace this seal without ripping apart the tranny and if so how?
o btw engine is a b16 with a ls tranny on it from an american integra

I dont think so I belive you need to drop the tranny and take the casing off to get to it
