I replaced my tranny and put some gear fluid in and now when I put it in gear it doesnt move and just revs up... There is a noise coming from the tranny sounds like the gears are spinning ... i drained some out from the drain plug on the bottom and I am still having this problem is there still to much in there? Could my clutch not be bled enough? because its not fully bled but it starts and goes into gear

Bent shift linkage, misaligned clutch, tranny not all the way bolted on, synchronizers put in wrong, wrong fluid maybe????

I used 10w-30 motor oil in the tranny.
