Transmission Fluid change

Well I'm getting a bad grind shifting from 1st gear into 2nd at high RPM's. GSR transmission

I was looking on some threads and the following transmission fluids were thrown out Redline MTF, GM Syncromesh, and Honda MTF but I'm still undecided on which one to use. I'm just looking for some real feedback from any individual who has been using one of the above stated fluids and is still working great for him/her.

I already know the problem could be the syncro's, but I'd like to change the fluid first.

use gm sncromesh,,everything ive eard has been all good,and my boy with a 500whp civic runs it in all his stuff and never had tranny go bad,
but im pretty sure the syncros are done,but its worth a shot
