lol

if you like the computer fan then get a box fan, white noise always helps me...

tylenol is shitty for sleep stuff, it has 25mg per pill, where as excedrim pm has 33 mg per pill... so 3 exc pm = about 4 tylenol pm
100mg is usually good...
working out should help you fall asleep, but not right before bed
lol

drinks and exc pm does it for me...

the human body tends to want to go to sleep between 1 and 4, am or pm...

nyquil kicks ass too...

how did i know that was coming?

ill drink a few beers if i cant sleep. also, i cant sleep unless its pitch black. the hardest time i ever had falling asleep was when i was cutting massive weight for wrestling. you would think i would be tired as hell but being dehydrated is a bitch when your trying to fall asleep.

yea, same here. if i wasnt winning i wouldnt have done it. would have gone to states my senior year if i didnt tear my MCL and was unable to continue cutting weight. i did finish the season a weight class up though and placed in the district on a bum knee.

yeah man, what school did ya go to in jersey? my family is all originally from there so i know most of jersey pretty well. Decent wrestling state as well.

ok well i have trouble sleeping at night. i just dont get tired until like 2 am. and when i lay down to try and sleep, i just lay there in my bed for like an hour and a half. i take sleeping pills but i feel like they dont do anything. they are tylenol sleep or something like that. its just a sleep aid, it has no pain killer in it. active ingredient is diphenhydramine HCl. getting to sleep this late is really starting to affect my school performance cause with 8am classes, i simply cant get up in the morning and i end up sleeping through almost all my classes. is there anything more powerful that anyone knows of? i just want something to just knock me out when i want to go to sleep, lol. i dont have any problems staying asleep, just getting to sleep. anyone else have problems like this?

I had a sleeping disorder when i was 18-22. It sucked bad. I would be up all night long and not get tired until 10 or 11 in the morning...then i would sleep all day(course when i had class i went). It took awhile to train my body to get tired at 10pm....I use to take melatonon(spelling) to help me sleep...Now i am always tired at 10pm during the week....It was a rough period of my life.....so i know how you feel.....I would see a sleep specialist....i did for a couple of months
